What type of projects do you work with?

What is a typical study process?
We start with understanding your goals, whether that’s how usable your product is or whether a feature meets user needs. From there, we design and run the study including necessary surveys, analyze the findings, and deliver actionable insights to you.
How long does a study take?
Your industry moves fast and so do we. Studies can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month depending on the project.
How will you keep me updated on progress?
We provide regular updates through email and provide opportunities to watch tests live so you are always informed about what is happening next.
What kind of deliverables can I expect?
All studies will include a report, in a format that best presents the acquired data, typically a Word Document, Adobe PDF, or a PowerPoint Presentation. Depending on the study, we may also provide videos, transcripts, user quotes, design recommendations, and competitive comparisons.
Do you offer support after the project is completed?
Yes, we offer support after projects are completed to answer questions or to help interpret results. We also offer the ability to run follow-up tests as needed.
