Playtesting is a method where users try out a game or app while providing feedback or answering questions about their experience to researchers. Games, apps, and tech products are always looking for user feedback!

Recruitment surveys are sent when new tests are available. If your experience matches what the client is looking for, we will reach out to you!

Yes! All of our testers get compensated for the tests they participate in, some tests may pay more than others depending on the type and the length of the study.

You’ll need a device (computer or mobile device) that meets the game's or app’s hardware requirements, along with a microphone and headphones/speakers for audio communication, reliable internet connection, and installed.

The majority of our tests will be done remotely from your home. All you need is your computer or mobile device to participate. If a test requires you to be in-person, you will know before signing up.

During a playtest, you will use the game or app while sharing your thoughts out loud or answering questions from one of our researchers. You may be asked to complete specific tasks, or be allowed to explore freely. After the test, there may be a short interview or survey to gather additional feedback.

Yes, tests will be recorded. We will often capture your screen as well as your voice. These recordings will be kept confidential and shared only with the clients involved in the project.

Most playtests will take between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the study. We will always let you know the date and time before the test.

Sharing anything about the test you participated in, including video, audio, images, or text, is strictly prohibited. All participants must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before testing. Violations may lead to a platform ban and legal action.
