We provide regular updates through email and provide opportunities to watch tests live so you are always informed about what is happening next.
What kind of deliverables can I expect?
All studies will include a report, in a format that best presents the acquired data, typically a Word Document, Adobe PDF, or a PowerPoint Presentation. Depending on the study, we may also provide videos, transcripts, user quotes, design recommendations, and competitive comparisons.
Do you offer support after the project is completed?
Yes, we offer support after projects are completed to answer questions or to help interpret results. We also offer the ability to run follow-up tests as needed.
